“We have had our two children in Barlavento International school since year 4 and 5. As the oldest says goodbye to primary school we reflect on how special and nurturing Barlavento has been for them. She is ready and mature to start at a new phase of secondary education.
“Barlavento has proven to be the perfect combination of a place where learning is brought with love and care and discipline is natural and not imposed.
“We have seen the kids improve their formal skills and their emotional resilience in ways that were beautiful to witness. The facilities, sport and gardening spaces have helped nurture the children beyond the classroom environment, but the real highlight has been the teachers and school staff caring for and supporting each child so personally on their learning journey.”
